Here we present you the list of Top MTech colleges in India. Before going through the list, please read the following points:
o Ranking is based on brand name, impact on career even after 7-10 years, learning and research, alumni, quality of life at campus, placement, connectivity to job market etc.
o Ranking could be different if we consider a particular subject. Example, MTech (Earth Sciences or Civil) from IIT Roorkee would certainly fall into top 2 rows of list.
o When you enroll for MTech programme, please ensure that your MTech college is better than your BTech college. Of course, this does not apply to dual degree students.
o Hot areas (according to job market) – Computers, VLSI, DSP, Geophysics, Earth Sciences.
o There are some very good institutes which are specialized for a particular course. Example, Indian Statistical Institute.
