Indian Bank PO Test Results


The results of Indian Bank PO recruitment are released for the written test concluded in January 2011. These people can now proceed to the next stage of selection.
As part of Indian Bank recruitment to fill 850 PO vacancies, written test was conducted on January 2, 2011 across various centres. This test comprised of Objective & Descriptive papers, with negative marks for wrong answer.
Interview: Interviews will begin from 09/05/2011. The list of eligible roll numbers is also published along with date, venue etc & can be downloaded from the bank website here
Although, it is necessary to secure minimum marks in Interview, final selection would also depend on the score in Written test.

ICICI Bank PO Results – May 2011 joining


The bank has declared the results for its PO programme – May 2011 batch.
The ICICI bank PO process comprises of aptitude test & GD/ Interview that were held during the months of March – April 2011. Those shortlisted from this can join the training batches to be held in May 2011. For Aug 2011 batch, list will be out in May
Joining: Selected applicants have to confirm their participation by paying Rs.5000 at any ICICI bank as refundable deposit & sending the signed letter to the given address.The names of eligible candidates in merit list for PO training & details of joining/training can be had from their bank website
Training: Candidates joining the PO training will be enrolled for MBA (Banking & Finance) awarded by Manipal University.On successful completion of training, they would be taken as Assistant Managers in ICICI Bank with a salary of more than 3.5 lakhs/annum.
While the course duration is 30 months, cost of this programme (Rs.275750) will be provided as loan, that can be repaid from your salary once appointed.

SBI Results – Oct 31 written test


State Bank of India is back in news with the release of final results for Specialist Management Executives (SME) & Specialist Technical Executives (STE) recruitment held in the year 2010.
Selection process for this SME/STE recruitment had SBI conduct written examination(objective & descriptive) on 31/10/2010 followed by GD cum Interview in January 2011. While the qualifying marks in test & interview were 40%, scores secured in both would be considered in preparing the final results.

BANK CET, Common All India Entrance Test (CET) for Bank Jobs


With an attempt to steamline Bank Recruitment in Public Sector Banks in India, , Indian Banks Association has launched a Common All India Entrance Test (CET) which will start from next year i.e. 2011. The exams will be mainly for clerical staff and entry-point officers (Probationary officers, Specialist Officers – Law Officers, EDP Officers , Tech. and Management Executives.

NDA (National Defence Academy) Entrance Exam (II) 2011


The Union Public Service Commission will hold the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2011 on 21st August, 2011 for admission to Army, Navy, and Air Force Wings of NDA for 128th course and for the 90th Indian Naval Academy course (INAC) commencing from June, 2012.
